What To Expect
Guests will receive an email confirmation once a booking is made. Guests will receive a follow up email to confirm pick up time and location. On the day of the scheduled pick up, guests will receive a call from the driver to inform them that they are en route, and also when the driver has arrived at the pick up location. Guests are then transported to their desired drop off location, unless the guest booked a driver for the day. In this instance, the guest will be transported to the initial pick up location at the end of the scheduled trip. Refreshments are offered to guests as a courtesy
